Vitamins in fruits shall absorb the fats and remove them from body. Stressful and fast life is another reason which increases the threat of obesity and high cholesterol. In order to lower cholesterol one should reduce alcohol, smoking and having fast foods to the maximum level. Meditation and work out routines helps considerably and should be a habit inculcated to reduce cholesterol.
