Mistakes Made With High Cholesterol.


Normally people ignore the principle of balanced diet by consuming junk food, fatty food, and irregular food habits thereby developing the risk of coronary heart disease, strokes, and kidney failures. Some common mistakes made by the people with cholesterol are as follows:

1. Many people make mistake while consuming eggs and they don’t realize that the egg contains high cholesterol amount. The cholesterol count in the egg is about 213 mg. Use egg substitutes instead of egg which has the taste similar to the real egg.

2. Vegetable oil is good for the health but people make mistakes by consuming high cholesterol foods like butter and other cheap oil that increase the risk of developing cholesterol related heart disease.

3. Lack of physical exercise is the biggest mistake made by the people. Regular exercise and relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation helps to raise the level of HDL, lowers the amount of LDL, also helps in reducing the weight, and the circulatory system is improved.

4. People consume fat processed meat which has high amount of calories and the sodium which are harmful for health.

5. Consumption of seafood such as shellfish increases the level of total cholesterol in the body which is harmful for health.
