Though seafood is considered to be healthy but few of its types like shellfish are very high in cholesterol and should be avoided. Instead tuna and salmon are considered to be better option and can be consumed.
Not exercising is the third biggest mistake made by the people as they think that managing high cholesterol levels is all about diet. Exercise is also very important as it keeps you active and reduces excess weight that prevents accumulation of plague in the arteries and thus keeps a check on your high cholesterol levels as well.
